Collaborative and dynamic team building/business exercise that can compliment any conference or be a stand alone team activity. Teams will create a Rube Goldberg machine that meets specific building requirements that needs collaboration and communication. They will be provided with hundreds of household and office items to build their machines, each, team responsible for its own component of the contraption while working closely with the surrounding teams to accomplish a larger goal. Super fun team building activity that is bound to get the energy flowing.

What to expect on the day of experience
Your team will be broken into smaller groups of 4-6. Each team will get all the materials required to build their Rube Goldberg machine. The teams must create the machine in the designated time limit. This experience enhances collaboration as “One-Team” working towards the same productive outcome. It also encourages problem solving, team and time management while breaking up silos and promoting working with different members of the team.
