What to expect on the day of experience
Your team will be broken into smaller groups of 4-6. Each team will define useful leadership styles and understand how to effectively work with teams. This experience will optimize business by creating leaders and help identify various leadership styles. It will establish trust when outcomes are uncertain (hard to do in shifting landscapes) and empower people to work independently while maintaining integrity.
