In this hands-on cooking class experience, our experienced Chef Instructor will demystify the process and share secrets for making the perfect dish every time. This experience offers an option to choose from the three dishes mentioned below. You may pick only one of these: 1. Fresh Mozzarella and Burrata 2. Hand-rolled Sushi 3. Asian Dumplings

What to expect on the day of experience
On the basis of your choice of class, our Chef Instructor will teach guests how to make the following dishes from scratch: 1. Fresh Mozzarella and Burrata - Learn about selecting the right curd, proper water temperature, amount of salt and how to pull/fold to make your own mouth-watering ball of burrata 2. Hand-rolled Sushi - Learn how to prepare sushi and spring rolls along with making your own dipping sauce. You will make two kinds of sushi. 3. Asian Dumplings - You will make traditional dumpling dough and three different types of fillings to fill the homemade dumplings. Your Chef Instructor will demonstrate how to both steam and pan fry the dumplings.

Additional Information
The per person price includes the venue, ingredients and instructor. Parking is available at the venue at an additional charge of $5 + taxes per vehicle. This is a customizable experience.
