In the Scenario Challenge, participants are split into teams of 5-6 and given a unique scenario, such as a crisis management or company leadership issue. Each team has 20-30 minutes to brainstorm and develop the best solution to the problem, considering constraints like time, resources, and impact. Afterward, teams present their strategies, and the most creative and practical solution wins. This challenge encourages teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership skills under pressure.

What to expect on the day of experience
On the day of the Scenario Challenge, the host will welcome everyone and organize participants into teams. Each group will be given a scenario to solve within a set time. Once the time is up, teams will present their solutions, and the host will evaluate their responses. The experience will conclude with the announcement of the winning team, recognized for offering the most effective solution to their scenario. Expect a dynamic, engaging event focused on collaboration and strategic thinking!
