What you need to bring to the experience?

  1. A yoga mat , towel, water bottle and positive vibes

What to expect on the day of experience

You will be learning foundation of yoga poses. A step by step guide into yoga poses. How to safely practice yoga and breath work and how to incorporate them in your routine to build a yoga discipline.

She began her journey with yoga when she was young and has over 1000 hours of study, practice and teaching experience. She believes in spreading positivity through her yoga sessions and helps her students find greater depth and awareness.

From start to finish, this experience was fantastic. I loved the intro and set-up at the beginning. The sounds themselves were incredible and sounded really lovely on my headphones. And it was nice to have the Q&A at the end too. Really can't say enough good things! Thank you!

Wow, this was the exact mediation I did not even know I needed. There is something so transcendent and hypnotic about sound healing. With a full 60-minute session, I was able to drop right into my body, get out of my head and really relieve the stress from the week. The instruction at the beginning was the perfect way to prepare for the sound healing. The sound bath made me almost a bit emotional at the end in a great way. I highly recommend this session to a team/company looking to do a virtual wellness activity together.
