What to expect on the day of experience

On the day of the event (aka “the best day ever”), your instructor will set the uplifting tone for your yoga party. The first 15 minutes allows for late-comers + a lil’ mix n’ mingling. Then, your teacher will bring everyone to their mats to go over rules, safety and of course, your class “drinking games.” Expect the entire experience to be cheeky, interactive, and playful, with just a hint of blissful introspection at the end before our final “cheers!”
