With this experience, you will gain access to your creativity using your imagination for self-regulation and self-growth and feel more vitality and joy in life. This experience is perfect for team bonding and team building to establish a vision for the future. This will also enable you to imagine new possibilities and experience personal empowerment.
What you need to bring to the experience?
- Pen and paper are the basic elements you need. Colorful or pastel pens and paper is recommended. You may also use any other element that you have at home such as, glue and scissors, old magazines, pictures, shells, buttons, etc. Anything can be recycled and put to use in this art therapy experience!
What to expect on the day of experience
Get in touch with yourself and your feelings, using your imagination as a bridge to wellness. In this experience, we’ll use art tools to give you emotional and mental support, while exploring and fulfilling your needs for creative self-expression and self-discovery. In seeing your emotions on paper, you’ll be better equipped to face social situations and life challenges. We’ll start with a quick chat to get to know each other and build trust. Comfort is key. With art tools that you can find at home (paper, pens, pencils, markers, glue, scissors, collage materials, etc.), you’ll create art while I guide you with prompts, visualization and questions, health advice to improve your daily life.

I really loved the experience. Tat, the host, did an amazing job at living up the group and making everyone feel welcomed. Her personality and sense of humor really lightened the mood and made everyone feel at ease. I would 100% want to be in an even hosted by her again. Ingrid, the wine tasting expert, was really knowledgable and great at addressing our questions and really meeting us at where we were in the wine drinking journey. Whether we were new and developing our pallets or seasoned wine drinkers, she had us all feeling like we were welcomed and that our opinions mattered and were not shunned. Thank you all for putting on such an amazing event! Please keep this up and continue to have great host/events like this!

We've done a few wine tastings here at this company but this one was by far the best. I really enjoyed the energy and enthusiasm of the host, and the knowledge of the sommelier. Both did a great job balancing fun and trivia.
