In this experience, guests are challenged to a Mystery Box cooking class with a fun Global trivia element. Each guest will receive a Mystery Box several days before the event. Inside the box are ingredients to make a refreshing mocktail beverage as well as a sealed Mystery box with a label to not open, with all the ingredients needed to make a flatbread from scratch. Also inside is a Chef's Hat and a small sheet pan to make their flatbread on. During the class, they cook along with the Chef to make the dough and sauce and then are challenged to get creative with toppings and presentation. Global Trivia is played while the flatbreads are in the oven and awards are given at the end.

What to expect on the day of experience
Together, we unpack the mystery boxes, revealing the key ingredients for a house-made flatbread: Dough ingredients, sauce ingredients, a house dried herb blend, and assorted flatbread toppings. Our chef guides guests through making the dough and sauce, a quick cocktail demo, and once everything is in the oven, a round of Global Food Trivia. A brief plating lesson is followed by a flatbread show and tell. Awards are given for the most enthusiastic participant, most beautiful plate, and of course, trivia winner.

Additional Information
We will need access to all guest's emails and addresses to send the Flatbread Mystery Boxes, as well as to provide additional helpful information for the class (equipment lists, recipes & tips). Guestlist and shipping addresses must be finalized 3 weeks of the event. Minor guest changes & quantities may be accommodated 2 weeks out from the event date. Option to customize Trivia questions based on your group's interests or theme.
