Relax and turn inward as you are bathed in the deeply compelling harmonic tones of sound-healing instruments in this sound bath experience. You can think of a sound bath as a very powerful form of non-sleep deep rest (NSDR)—a particular type of relaxation that is integral to brain health. Using a hand-hammered bronze Chau Gong and a selection of crystal singing bowls, this mix of crystal, mineral, gemstone, and metal produces uniquely rich harmonic overtones that help bring about a deep state of relaxation for the mind and body.

What to expect on the day of experience
The sound bath experience includes a short primer on the science of sound and how it can be used to enhance your wellbeing, a short guided relaxation exercise to help prepare the mind and body for the sound bath, and the sound bath itself. We also have a Q/A session towards the end. You will be seated towards the beginning, but can expect to lie down for most of the experience. Have a comfortable place to recline (couch, bed, floor, reclined chair) and have the ability to connect with headphones. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothes for the best experience.

The Police Inspector, Crystal, and Vicar were amazing in their characters. The game was good, clues were great (just wish I knew that we were supposed to review them before the game started). We only had 1 hour but really did need 90 minutes. I would highly recommend this team building game to others.

We enjoyed our time with our Police Inspector! The mystery was interesting and the addition of live people to ask questions to was great. Hats off to our police inspector who was very engaging and in character!
