This introduction workshop provides the tools to manage your state of being by learning how to be present end empowered at any time during your daily life. Self empowerment starts with the skill of being fully present without a relentless stream of thoughts. Such a space facilitates a sense of clarity,  grounding, inspiration and relaxation. While being fully 'aware' we can bypass the self limiting beliefs and social masks that block our natural flow.   Key areas: 7 Key steps to Self Empowerment, fully connecting to the moment, recognising essential needs and resources, efficiently managing mental, physical and emotional state, dealing with challenges from a place of relaxed awareness.

What to expect on the day of experience

You will be given the fundamental steps to practice and master your natural state of flow on a day to day basis. From there you will be guided in facing challenges from a place of clarity and awareness. This leads to insights, inspirations and a transcendence of self limiting beliefs. When you know how to recognise your inner authentic state, the unexpected insights can unfold in ways that you simply don't expect. Takeaways include a copy of the slides shown and a guided meditation recording to sustain your practice.
