We think life is too short to settle for an average cookie. Which is why we combined America’s classic chocolate chip treat with Brazil’s iconic chocolate truffle and came up with our signature brigadeiro-filled cookies. Each cookie is so soft, buttery, and stuffed full of gooey chocolate, that you’ll struggle to just eat one! We ship a kit to you but the team needs to bring some additional listed below. Great way to bring the team together and enjoy some chocolate heaven.
What you need to bring to the experience?
- 1 stick of unsalted butter (113g/4oz)
- 1 medium egg (large, if organic)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Mixing bowl
- Baking sheet (with parchment paper or silicone liner)
- Spatula or large spoon for mixing
- Small spoon for the spread
What to expect on the day of experience
In this experience, we’ll teach you how to make these delicious cookies, all while learning about the history and cultural importance of the brigadeiro in Brazil. As you bake and taste your cookies, we’ll surprise and delight you with lively Brazilian music and fun interactive games to keep the energy levels and engagement high. It’s minimal effort for maximum fun and taste! Makes approximately 8 large cookies.
