Purpose Mindset Workshop gets participants to align their personal purpose to their work through an interactive workshop. At the end of the workshop participants get their personalized strengths, values, and purpose statement; and insights into how to build small (atomic) habits to apply purpose to self, family, community, and work and overcome ANTs (automatic negative thoughts).

What to expect on the day of experience
After our workshop, you will feel more connected to yourself, get personalized strengths, develop new leadership skills to better align purpose in your work and in your life, and be able to overcome automatic negative thoughts. We also provide collaborative breakout sessions for sharing back which are very important aspects of the workshop.
