Help your team refocus with our Tea and Mindfulness experience where you savor two hand-sewn flowering teas and three loose-leaf tea varieties. In this 30-minute session, your team will be guided through various traditional methods of savoring tea such as proper steeping etiquette, mindful eating, and drinking exercise, and finish with a guided goal-setting meditation as their flowering tea blooms. With this traditionally brewed drink, you will feel refreshed, focused, and ready to take on your day!

- A thermos with hot water or access to heat the water.

For a group of more than 40 participants, an additional host is required for which $250 is applicable. You may choose this option from the add-ons menu.

I really loved the experience. Tat, the host, did an amazing job at living up the group and making everyone feel welcomed. Her personality and sense of humor really lightened the mood and made everyone feel at ease. I would 100% want to be in an even hosted by her again. Ingrid, the wine tasting expert, was really knowledgable and great at addressing our questions and really meeting us at where we were in the wine drinking journey. Whether we were new and developing our pallets or seasoned wine drinkers, she had us all feeling like we were welcomed and that our opinions mattered and were not shunned. Thank you all for putting on such an amazing event! Please keep this up and continue to have great host/events like this!

We've done a few wine tastings here at this company but this one was by far the best. I really enjoyed the energy and enthusiasm of the host, and the knowledge of the sommelier. Both did a great job balancing fun and trivia.
